A Roman Catholic priest was found jogging naked in Greenly, CO in the early, early morning hours because he didn't want to sweat, reports 7News.

Thursday he was convicted of indecent exposure. Rev. Robert Whipkey, 53, was found guilty by a Weld County jury and will be sentenced in August. He faces up to 18 months in jail and could be ordered to register as a sex offender.

A car driven by an alleged drunken driver plowed into a bicycle race along a highway near the U.S.-Mexico border Sunday, killing one cyclist and injuring 10 others.

Juan Campos was apparently drunk and had fallen asleep at the wheel before crashing into the race in Monterrey, Mexico, police investigator Jose Alfredo Rodriguez said.

A photograph taken by a city official shows the horrifying moment of impact. The force of the collision sent bicyclists and equipment high into the air and Matamoros newspaper El Mañana described children crying, women shouting for help and men trying to lynch Campos before police arrived to arrest him.

Killed in the crash was Alejandro Alvarez, 37, of Monterrey.

Campos told police he was an American citizen from Brownsville, Texas. The U.S. consulate could not immediately confirm that.

"We are looking into the incident in terms of whether American citizens were involved,'' consulate spokesman Todd Huizinga told the Associated Press.

The crash happened 15 minutes into the race along a highway between Playa Bagdad and Matamoros, authorities said.

A total of 452 cyclists were participating in the 21-mile race, which was canceled after the incident.

The hottest club drug appears to be one normally used to fix a "burning" problem.

Preparation H, the topical medication used to treat hemorrhoids, reportedly is catching fire as the latest "drug" to hit the New York City club scene.

The topical solution contains a medication called phenylephrine HCL, which shrinks the swollen tissues of hemorrhoids. It works by constricting the nearby blood vessels that surround the area. But the ingredient will shrink other tissue as well.

The method has been hailed on the Internet and has long been used by body builders in need of a quick fix for a problem area prior to competition, as well as women looking to reduce puffiness around their eyes.

But one doctor said the off-label usage of the drug is ludicrous.

"It doesn't even work that well for hemorrhoids," said Dr. Marc Siegel, a FOX News medical contributor. "I find in my practice it has to be combined with hydrocortisone. The notion of phenylephrine is problematic at best. It's a placebo effect."
Siegel told FOXNews.com that the drug can cause uncomfortable side effects such as rashes, as well as more serious side effects such as elevated blood pressure.

New York bouncer, blogger and author Rob Fitzgerald told ABCNews.com that men are slathering up their torsos with the hemorrhoid cream to make themselves look "ripped."

Fitzgerald, who writes the blog Clublife, recently conducted his own research on the phenomenon, interviewing a user, a drugstore worker and a nightclub manager.

Last weekend, former chess champion Garry Kasparov was giving a speech to unite opposition political forces, when all of the sudden a little remote controlled friend came flying in to liven up the extremely boring speech... that is until a man with a case of envy smashed it out of the air.

In Norwich, CT, police have arrested an 8-year-old girl, charging her with arson and accusing her of setting a fire that severely damaged a three-family home.

The fire on April 30 severely damaged the home on Central Avenue and left 14 people, including seven children, homeless. The girl is charged with third-degree arson. Police said she lived in the home that burned.

Police said the girl's role in the fire amounted to a "reckless action," but they are not releasing any other information. Third-degree arson is a felony and involves intentionally starting a fire.

A New York cab driver slit the throat of a poor helpless bunny and left it to die on the doorstep of his former employer.

Gerard Skills is being held on $10,000 bail in Westchester County, after his arraignment Thursday on aggravated animal cruelty and harassment charges. He also faces criminal mischief charges related to a series of tire slashings.

Westchester Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Police Chief Kenneth Ross says the 57-year-old Skills left the bleeding rabbit May 2 to retaliate against the Mount Pleasant taxi service that fired him.

Things are getting wacky in Texas, I tell you...

A Plano minister near Dallas, TX, was caught in a sex sting involving a 13-year-old girl. The minister of a Plano Baptist megachurch was charged with online solicitation of a minor.

Undercover officers posing as a 13-year-old girl communicated with Joe Barron, 52, of Plano for about two weeks. The online conversations were sexual in nature, police said.

On May 6, Barron suggested meeting the girl in person. He eventually made the nearly 200-mile drive to Bryan, Texas, on Thursday, when he was arrested. Police said they found a Web-cam and condoms in his car.

Barron was released Friday night from the Brazos County Jail on bond.

Barron is one of 40 ministers at Prestonwood Baptist Church, one of the largest churches in the country with 26,000 members. He ministers to married adults.

Mike Buster, executive pastor, said in a statement that the church had no record or knowledge of previous improprieties or saw any inappropriate behavior in the 18 months Barron was on the church staff.

Buster said church officials are fully cooperating with police.

"We are disturbed and saddened by the reports we have heard and we are praying for the Barron family," he said.

At least the church officials are correct about one thing.. they are disturbed!

This 16-year-old boy was denied bail Thursday after he was charged with beating his mother to death.

Lewin Carlton Powell III was charged as an adult with first degree murder. The boy killed his mother by beating her to death with a baseball bat. He then used the bat to assault his father, for which he was charged with attempted murder.

Donna Rosemarie Campbell-Powell, 39, was found dead Wednesday morning by police and co-workers at her home in the 1600 block of Alston Road in the Thornleigh community.

Lewin Powell confessed to police that he had killed his mother after they got into an argument Tuesday afternoon about his performance at McDonogh School.

Baltimore County police spokesman Bill Toohey said the argument "escalated to a fight where he ended up hitting his mother, physically with his hand, and then beating her over the head with a baseball bat until he killed her. A couple of her co-workers came. They found the door locked and they couldn't get in so they called police. Officers came, went in and found the victim inside dead."

Powell hid his mother's body in the garage. Powell's father, who works a night shift, came home around midnight and fell asleep on a sofa, unaware of the violence that had occurred Tuesday, the spokesman said. Mr. Powell woke up Wednesday morning when his son started beating him about the head with a baseball bat, Toohey said. During the struggle that ensued, the 16-year-old murderer, admitted to killing his mother, the spokesman said.

Mr. Powell was able to talk his son out of killing him, according to police. He stalled his son and was able to get out of the house when police arrived around 10 a.m. Wednesday.

The father and son were in the yard when the police arrived, where he was "bleeding from significant wounds to the head," and told police, "Thank God you're here; my son killed my wife," according to the documents.

Mr. Powell was taken to Sinai Hospital; the younger Powell was taken to police headquarters were he is being held without bail.

A little bit about Mrs. Powell:

Campbell-Powell's co-workers remembered the mother Thursday for her impeccable style of dress, her eloquent speech and her worth ethic and punctuality. A supervisor in the Baltimore County office of Budget and Finance said that Campbell-Powell always arrived to work by 7:45 a.m., and if she were running just five minutes late, she would call.

A little bit about the boy:

Oddly, the teen was remembered as bright, non-violent student, who was in some honors and in advanced classes. He was also a part of the school's jazz band and previously played baseball. Lewin Carlton Powell III attends McDonogh School, a coeducational day and boarding school in Owings Mills, and was in good standing. Owings Mills has about 1,300 students from kindergarten through 12th grade. School spokeswoman Lynn McKain said school officials were not aware he was at risk.

Retired first-grade teacher Joann Hutchinson, who taught Lewin Powell III, recalled the teen as one of the brightest and most promising students she ever taught."That's the only kid I ever remember saying, 'You will be my future president,' Hutchinson said. "It was not a screwed up family. This was a cultured, educated family who wanted the best for their kid. I do not believe that this child had a negative, mean bone in his body. When I heard this, I said, 'He cracked. Oh my God, he cracked."

Hutchinson said she wonders if the teen felt pushed too far to stand out. "Anything less than perfect is not good enough, and that's what I think happened here."

Neighbor 'Not Totally Surprised' By Fatal Beating:

A next-door neighbor said he was "not totally surprised" by the fatal bat beating. Paul Kozloski said that Campbell-Powell "berrated" her son constantly. He said the only time the teenager was happy was when he came over to his house. Kozloski said his 17-year-old daughter, Maggie, had played basketball with Powell and other neighborhood children when they were younger, but that Powell had grown shy and withdrawn in the last couple of years. Kozloski said he frequently heard Campbell-Powell yelling at her son about trivial things such as the way he cut the grass. Kozloski, a former probation officer, said he had seen similar psychological abuse in hundreds of homes. "I imagine he's at peace now," Kozloski said of Powell, his eyes welling with tears. "He was never violent. Never."

The incident represents the second time in 2008 in Baltimore County that a teen is accused of killing a parent. In February, a 15-year-old boy who wasn't getting along with his father was charged with murder in the deaths of his parents and two younger brothers, who were shot to death at their home in another Baltimore suburb.

A wicked 13-year-old boy in Virginia was charged with robbing a Danville, Va., store at gunpoint.

Police said the boy walked into an Exxon store around midnight Wednesday armed with a rifle and demanded money from a clerk. An off-duty officer spotted the teen leaving the store on a bicycle and alerted other officers, who spotted him near a Dumpster.

Police said they discovered evidence and arrested the teen. He was charged with armed robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. The teen's name was not released due to his age.

Arizona State University may have less cheerful sidelines at sporting events next season.

After racy photos of members of the university’s cheerleading squad were spotted on a campus blog called “The Dirty,” the school cut the squad completely, MyFOXPhoenix reported.

The school's athletic director, Lisa Love, made the decision Thursday evening.The pictures on the blog feature 6 of the cheerleaders posing in nothing but their bras and panties.

Although only six members of the squad are shown in the photographs, the entire 16-member squad will suffer the consequences, MyFOXPhoenix reported.

The cheerleaders told MyFOXPhoenix that the photographs were a result of college kids goofing off, and they believe the decision to disband the team has been in the works for a while. The photographs are two years old, and were taken at a “cheer party.”
ASU cheerleader Briana Barcelo told MyFOXPhoenix she believes the Web site is insignificant, and a way to ruin people’s lives.“It’s just good timing on their part I guess,” 

Barcelo said of the photos surfacing at the same time the school decided to cut the squad. “And now it’s been all taken away.”

The newest installment of Grand Theft Auto is upon us and if the reviews are correct, this is simply put the best video game ever created.

Although I have sworn off video games as a distraction more than anything else I must admit, talk of a Liberty City that lives an breaths without repetition of any kind has me intrigued.

This game is predicted to make over $400 million in its first week, numbers like that have hollywoods attention... make no mistake this game is the first and probably the biggest blockbuster release of the summer.

So far the only controversy that surrounds it, is a bug that is freezing the game up during its opening credits, but give it time as I'm sure a city of this magnitude has some darker secrets that lie beneath its surface.  Don't worry kids no need to get crazy in line or skip school, the game is out and your copy will be waiting whenever your ready to pick it up.  Let us know what you think of the game.

This Florida 7 year old "hood rat" wreaked havoc while driving he and his cigarette smoking friend around town. He caused much damage on his grandmother's SUV and several other cars. The police tell him that his grandmother is going to have to pay for all the damage to the cars he's done and the little "hood rat" suggests his mother can help.

You gotta love the upcoming generation. These kids are wild.

Weird things going down in Austria!

Weirdo Franz Polzer is a 73 year old man who has kept his daughter locked in a cellar for nearly 24 years. In that time, he has raped her repeatedly, producing seven children.

She has been missing in Vienna, Autsria police have found a woman missing since 1984, who told authorities that her father had kept her in a cellar for almost 24 years and that she had given birth to seven children after being repeatedly raped by him.

The 73-year-old father was taken into custody, Franz Polzer, head of the Lower Austrian Bureau of Criminal Affairs, told reporters Sunday.

Authorities found the woman Saturday evening in the town of Amstetten following a tip, Lower Austria police said in a statement.

The 42-year-old woman told police that her father began sexually abusing her when she was 11 and locked her in a room in the cellar on August 28, 1984.

During the 24 years that followed, she said she was continually abused and gave birth to seven children, one of whom died several days later.

In 1996, she gave birth to twins but one died several days later because it was not appropriately cared for. Her father had then apparently removed the corpse from the cellar and burned it, the statement said.

Police said in the statement that the woman appeared "greatly disturbed" psychologically during questioning.

She agreed to talk only after authorities assured her that she would no longer have to have contact with her father and that her children would be taken care of.

DNA tests are expected to determine whether the man is the father of the six surviving children, according to police.

The Austria Press Agency said the three boys and three girls ranged in age from five to 20. One of the children, a 19-year-old woman, was being hospitalized in very serious condition, according to Austrian broadcaster ORF.

Sunday's developments recalled another case that shocked Austrians in the summer of 2006, when a young woman escaped after being largely confined to a tiny underground dungeon in a quiet Vienna suburb for more than eight years.

Natascha Kampusch was 10 years old when she was kidnapped in Vienna on her way to school in March 1998. Her abductor, Wolfgang Priklopil, threw himself in front of a train just hours after her dramatic escape.

She is 15. Miley gets too much press and has too many little fans to portray this kind of sultriness. Does Disney expect little girls to buy the Hannah Montana wigs and outfits to dress up like their favorite star? Yes. Why would this be any different? There are so many reasons why this is wrong. She has the right to model and get as naked as she'd like, but not while she's selling it to the youths of America. If she wants to be artistic, she needs to take her country snaggle-tooth ass to the runways of Paris and see how far she gets.

Now the 15 year old hillbilly has issued a statement to PEOPLE on Sunday, apologizing for a series of playfully provocative photos that circulated on the Internet last week, as well as those from a racy, as-yet unreleased Vanity Fair photo shoot in which she appears to be nude.

"My goal in my music and my acting is always to make people happy. For Vanity Fair, I was so honored and thrilled to work with Annie [Leibovitz]. I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed."

Her parents, grandmother and "handlers", that were said to be on set, should be ashamed of themselves.

Friday morning in Central Park, CNN reporter Richard Quest was arrested after he was caught in the park breaking curfew.

If you don't know this goofball, Quest is a well-known business news reporter on CNN International and hosts "CNN Business Traveler," as well as his own feature program, "Quest." He is best recognized for his quirky, boisterous style. Now he'll be recognized as a huge dumbass on drugs.

Central Park enforces a strict curfew after 1am, so when he was questioned by police at 3:40 Friday morning he told them that he had meth in his pocket, which was then discovered by police.

"Mr. Quest did not realize that the park had a curfew and was returning to his hotel with friends. The matter is scheduled to be dismissed," lawyer, Alan Abramson said.

Quest, 46, later appeared before the judge and is set for dismissal if he attends 6 months of counseling.

The dumbass is lucky he got caught before his teeth fell out of his head and his face peeled off.

When William Johnson made a couple of suspicious U-Turns at the intersection of Texas 35 and 288 in Angleton, TX, early Sunday a state trooper pulled him over.

Then the trooper noticed a 6-foot alligator contentedly riding next to the back window of Johnson's car. Johnson said he found the gator on the side of a road.

But it was allegations that Johnson had been taking things out of a mobile home in the nearby town of Brazoria that sent him to jail on a burglary charge. Investigators found a hair trimmer and video game controller in his pockets.

Johnson, 30, and his fondness of reptiles, had already come to the attention of local police, Brazoria Police Chief Neal Longbotham said.

On Friday an officer responding to a call about a man bothering people in the parking lot of a local drive-through restaurant gave Johnson a citation for public intoxication.

Johnson said he was from Tennessee and was on his way to Corpus Christi. He said he'd stopped in Brazoria to work briefly for a tree trimming service.

Johnson advised the officer that there was a water moccasin snake in his car and that the snake had already bitten him on the hand.

An animal control officer found the snake and removed it, Longbotham said.

Johnson refused medical treatment for his hand.

Early Sunday a resident of a local mobile home park said Johnson knocked on his door and asked for help hauling a big television out of a mobile home, Longbotham said.

"The neighbor told him that's not your house," the chief said.

Then the neighbor noticed the alligator in the back seat of Johnson's car, Longbotham said.

Johnson left the television in the yard and drove away.

A few minutes later he was arrested by the trooper. He is now in the Brazoria County Jail, held on $25,000 bail on a burglary charge.

A game warden took the alligator away.

Johnson told investigators that he found the snake and the alligator on the sides of roads and picked them up because he has an interest in reptiles, Longbotham said.

"Just a typical day in Brazoria," the chief sighed

It's a really horrible idea to go to the county deputy sheriff to carry-out a murder plot.

It's a worse idea to involve the county deputy sheriff to attempt to hire a hitman when he is your ex-husband.

Judy Darr of North Middleton Township was arrested, for attempting to hire her deputy sheriff, to kill another woman. Darr had a "bad blood relationship" with another woman, Angela Lefever, and Darr wanted her to "disappear forever," police said. Darr asked her ex-husband for help to murder Lefever, according to court documents.

The ex-husband went to police and told them everything. Police said the ex-husband, the intended victim of the plot and an undercover cop posing as a hit man all tricked Darr into thinking the murder for hire worked.

Darr met with the fake hit man and paid him $2,000 and believed he had in fact killed Lefever. Police then arrested Darr and she was taken to jail. Police said Darr did not like how Lefever was raising her 6-year-old son. They also said Darr told the hit man she "was so pleased with how smoothly it all went and she also asked him to kill the child's father."
