Madonna is said to be seeking legal representation from Fiona Shackleton in possible divorce of Madonna, 49, and Guy Ritchie, 39. Fiona recently represented Sir Paul McCartney in the bitter divorce between he and crazy Heather Mills.

Although, yesterday Madonna’s spokesman refused to comment on the claims, there was a loose-lipped lawyer that told The Times that the word in legal circles was that Madonna had gone to Ms Shackleton after first approaching another legal firm.

The couple do not have a pre-nup, so this could turn into an all out battle, although the settlement will start with a 50/50 split. Nice payday for Guy, we'd say.

Guy Ritchie is thought to be seeking representation from Mayfair law firm, Forsters.

The couple has been together for 7 years and rumors surrounding a possible split have been abundant for the past 3 years. We imagine life is with Madonna is no cakewalk, but certainly worth the walk when hundreds of millions of dollars is at stake. That sucks!

We wish them luck. Divorce sucks.

Blake has asked Amy for a divorce.

Amy lost it after visiting Blake in Pentonville Prison in London. Amy lashed out at photographers outside the prison following the tense meeting with Blake.

Amy was so out of control police were forced to escort her back to her waiting car.

A source said: "Amy just snapped and started shouting and screaming at
everybody. She was out of control and even squared up to the photographers
as if she wanted a fight.

"Whatever Blake said to her inside obviously upset her and she was in no
mood to have her picture taken."

Earlier this week, Amy's father Mitch revealed Blake was under pressure from
his mother Georgette to sever all ties with the troubled singer.
Mitch said: "Blake threatened to issue divorce proceedings when they were
having a row.

"Unfortunately, Blake is influenced by things his mother has said. I think
Georgette wants them to divorce, but it's up to them. From Amy's point of
view, she would stick by him not matter what.

"But he has said things like, 'I want a divorce.' "

It must be her new tragic hair.

Things are really getting crazy in the world when you have a child out of wedlock due to your divorce at the time of conception.

TMZ is reporting that her divorce from sex tape maker Rick Salomon is back on and he's telling friends that he believes she is "acting crazy" because of the pregnancy and hopes she will settle back into the marriage. Interestingly, in her divorce petition, Anderson asked for spousal support but not child support.

They were married Oct. 6; can she really be considered as a "spouse" after just 3 months of marriage? This isn't good for poor Pam or maybe it is, perhaps it will slow her partying ways. She seems to be at her best when she's playing mom.

UsWeekly is reporting that Sean Penn was seen out at a restaurant with another woman looking very nervous on Christmas, just four days before Robin filed for divorce.

Robin filed divorce papers in Marin County, California, on December 21, and Sean was spotted dining on Christmas with a “very young, very attractive” brunette at San Francisco’s Café de la Presse restaurant.

“He seemed nervous and on edge,” fellow diner Rob Seide told Usmagazine.com of the actor. “He didn’t seem very happy.”

Penn originally filed divorce papers in Marin County December 7, his attorney Mindy Ross told Us, but the petition was dismissed December 18.

On December 21, Robin Wright Penn, 41, filed her own request for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. Penn's divorce papers listed November 30 as the date of their separation; she listed the split date as December 1.

After 11 long years Sean Penn, 47, and Robin Wright Penn, 41, are divorcing, their rep, Mara Buxbaum, confirms to PEOPLE.

Robin and Sean began dating in the early 90's and married in '96. In 1997 Sean Penn told Entertainment Weekly: "Marriage ain't easy, but it's great most of the time, I love Robin. I've always loved her."

Sean Penn is a pain in the ass, you gotta give Robin props for sticking with him for such a long time.

We hope it works out for them, as they have two children together, Hopper Jack, 14, and Dylan Frances, 16.

Pamela Anderson had filed for divorce from hubby number 3, Rick Salomon, citing irreconcilable differences.

On Dec. 14, Anderson filed a claim for dissolution of marriage in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.

Anderson and Salomon recently shot down rumors they would star in their own TV reality show. On Thursday she posted on her blog:

"I WAS considering...Only to promote and have people see what it's like to create a show and be on stage starring in a big Vegas production. (probably not happening anymore) not my family life. (Never my kids) I have to make a lot of big decisions. The choices I have to make now are about quality of life. And meaning. Not about money or fame for no good reason. I know I've made a lot of mistakes. But no regrets -- Just living such a huge dream....I'm blessed. So many options. I can't complain. I can be confused."

Pamela Anderson's rep, Cindy Guagenti, had no comment on the split.

As for future plans, Anderson says she'll perform here and there but will mostly concentrate on staying home with her kids: "I'll do a few stage appearances soon/Europe- Wild surprises/legendary stages-to fulfill the exhibitionist in me-that deal is done- but committing to years in Vegas-8-10 shows a week is not going to work for my family- I've never made decisions based on money- and I'd hate to start now- I'm going to work on my dream now- and stay Home--!!!"

Somebody wants some attention!

Linda Bollea, is now undecided about her decision to divorce hubby Terry Bollea (Hulk Hogan). Linda filed for divorce last week, while in California.

TMZ says she is now wants to work her marriage out, but now Hulk isn't sure he can accept her back after the choke hold she put in him over the weekend, when he was informed about their divorce plans through a phone call made from a reporter.

A source said, "She keeps saying to him 'Can't we find a way to make this work? She doesn't want to see the family break up. She really wants to work it out with him. But it is like pushing up against a brick wall. She is heartbroken about it."

Maybe she should take a cue from their VH1 reality show Hogan Knows Best and go home and talk it over with Hulk.

Hulk Hogan has been shocked by the news of his own divorce. Linda Bollea, wife of Hulk Hogan, has filed for divorce, reported by the St Petersburg Times on Saturday.

Linda Bollea, 48, filed the divorce papers in Pinellas County court on November 20 against Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, the newspaper said.

Reportedly Hulk Hogan, 54, learned of his the divorce, when a reporter called to collect more information. He first hung up on the curious reporter, then later returned his call apologizing, stating he was shocked by the news. The couple were married in 1984 and are currently living in Belleair, near Clearwater, FL. Linda has been in California for the past 2 weeks.

Poor Hulk, things just keep getting worse. His son, Nick Bollea, was arrested November 7 on reckless driving charges for an accident that left his passenger hospitalized in critical condition.
