Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer went on a date over the weekend in Miami.  A source told OK Magazine that they've been on three dates together.  The source said, "It's a very new thing. They're still in that 'getting to know each other' phase." Friends are warning Jenny that John has a record of leaving women heartbroken.

Jenneifer, anything and I mean anything would be better than this guy, the self proclaimed sexy, funny guy? although to be fair he does have something going for him, an unprecedented combination of bad looks, bad hair, bad taste, bad sense of humor and zero talent like this is hard to come by.

Jennifer Aniston just launched a new film production company with her former co-worker Plan B films, Kristin Hahn.

They have already begun work on two films The Goree Girls and Counter-Clockwise with the new company, Echo. Jennifer explained the idea behind the name "...we chose the name Echo, to echo back an idea, a challenge, something that resonates through all of us."

It looks like Jennifer will be departing a bit from the girl next door type roles, her new films are about an all-female prison band and an aging study in Harvard.

Maybe Jen's finally getting back on her feet from her heartbreak.
