The Commish was unmoved by Brit's lawyer's request for visitation. They say they understand she needs medical attention and they have devised a "creative way" of treating her, while allowing her to visit with her kids under treatment.
One of the reasons the Commish decided against their request is her repeated refusal against court-ordered psych evaluation.

A miracle happened. Britney showed up to her hearing today, asking for visitation in a "therapeutic setting".
A) were shocked she showed up
B) were shocked she's attempting to pretend to care about her kids
C) Alas, she hasn't turned a new leaf. She's just Britney being Britney.. TMZ reports that when she was called, she was in the building, but never made it to the courtroom.
When the Commish asked her attorney if she was coming back, she answered "I don't know whether she'll be here or not," adding, "I don't want to delay the hearing."
K-Fed was sworn in and the media were cleared from the courtroom.
Her lawyers want to restore visitation, understanding that she has some mental issues, thus the use of "therapeutic setting".
Good job on the language lawyers... aren't they fired?
"I'm Trying to be Crazy"

The freak stopped by a church followed by the paps. A rep for the church tells TMZ that the historic chapel is open 24/7 365 for anyone "who wants to go in and pray." Ronald and Nancy Reagan were married in that church on March 4, 1952.
She was not there to plan a wedding or ceremony of any kind, she just walked in, sat down and walked out. She just wanted plenty of attention. She does not care about her kids. She does not care that she is leaving a whole history of children, grand children and great children a history of bad parenting and selfish behavior. She is beyond the point of undoing any of the damage.
Secondly, the Commissioner is going extra easy on her, today he ruled that ruled that Britney will not have visitation restored. Her next opportunity is a hearing on February 19.
The order came after the testimony of several people, including two LAPD cops who responded to the craziness a week ago Thursday; Lisa Hacker, a parenting coach; Lonnie Jones, a bodyguard, and Pamela Strong, the court monitor who was present during the drama. K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan testified as well.
Oh and "I'm trying to be Crazy" wore her wedding dress getup on again for the show, then had lunch at Gaucho Grill with Osama and Adnan.

Well again, K-Fed, by default becomes father of the year.
Brit just can't seem to muster up even a pretend to give a rat's ass about her boys, although she was encouraged by her non-lawyers to make an appearance. Today is considered her last chance to get any custody back if she doesn't show.
A group of LAPD officers, firefighters and paramedics who were on scene at Brit's house during her breakdown, did however show up and expected to testify today. A male LAPD officer, who was one of the first responders to Brit's house that night, just finished testifying.
She's probably at home having tea practicing her new British personality.
Adnan Ghalib, the new pap boyfriend turns out to be an enabler, just like the rest. Can this poor woman get anyone around her to give a shit about her? Is she so powerful that not a soul will challenge her ass?
I hope she doesn't show. Those poor kids need to be free of that dangerous witch. She doesn't deserve children.

Britney's Back from Mexico and Due in Court

The party's over. The unforeseen couple returned from Mexico last night. She's a natural beauty isn't she. I love it when she wears 15th century garb. She's a classic lady.
Where did she pull this poor dog from, the pool? Or has the thing been spitting on itself attempting to clean the Britney off. No use pup, it's a disease, not dirt.
Brit's due in court on Monday insiders say that if Britney pulls a no-show or is uncooperative with the commissioner, Kevin will have permanent legal custody of the children. Can't wait to here all the details from Brit's night in crazy town last week. Police sources tell TMZ that:
"Commissioner Scott Gordon will hear firsthand eyewitness accounts of last Thursday's breakdown from LAPD, firefighters and paramedics who were on scene. We're told they're not going to paint a pretty picture. You know somethings going to go down, it's the way she rolls.
Also, we've learned the L.A County Sheriff's Department isn't taking any chances -- they're ready for anything. If Brit Brit loses it in court, they'll be there to "handle" the situation."

At 2am Britney got over her anxiety of the paparazzi and hit the gas station as usual. She's got her new pal in tow. That chicks been around for 3 days now and bores the shit out of me. I want to fall asleep just looking at her.
MSNBC reports:
"Britney feels like this is a perfectly acceptable thing to do," said a source close to Spears. "She did feel sick, but more than anything, she felt like she didn't have to do something just because she was told."...Would Britney really risk losing her kids rather than face questions about her parenting?..."she really doesn't believe that she's going to lose them. She's not connecting the dots."Brit's real pals Sam Satan Lutfi and hillbilly cousin Alli were having a drink at Britney's house, I mean, the hotel bar at the Four Seasons, when again Mark Vincent Kaplan came in for a drink, Perezhilton.com reports. All was cordial with a friendly wave. It's a small world, ya?
