The Commish was unmoved by Brit's lawyer's request for visitation. They say they understand she needs medical attention and they have devised a "creative way" of treating her, while allowing her to visit with her kids under treatment.
One of the reasons the Commish decided against their request is her repeated refusal against court-ordered psych evaluation.
