The Spears' are really quite the hillbillies, mama Spears dressing so damn casually as she makes her way around L.A. to get things in order for Brit. She looks like a damn teenager. However, the paps really need to back off. This is a serious issue with Brit and her parents are trying to do what's necessary to get her well.
