Daytime TV sweetheart, Ellen Degeneres and girlfriend, Portia de Rossi, adopted a dog from Mom's n' Mutts, in Pasadena, CA. When the pooch failed to get along with Ellen's other animals, she took it upon herself to find the doggy a new home, with her hair-stylist. However, this was an illegal move, according to the contractual agreement between Ellen and the adoption facility.

The result is a very upset little girl after the a representative from the facility came to their home and removed the dog.

Ellen is extremely upset and had a very hard time being her usually cheerful self on her show today.
