Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen have their New York apartment up for sale for $12 million.

The twins have never even lived in the 12 room Greenwich Village property - which they bought in 1994 for $7.3 million. They rent it out for $35,000 per month.

The main feature is a 53 foot-long entertainment space with a glass-enclosed fireplace in the center and a view of the Hudson River from the living/dining room. Other rooms are the master bedroom, the master dressing room and the two other bedrooms with two separate 100 square ft. closets.

I'm sure people were vomiting all over the Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel, Monday night, witnessing the 15 year age difference in action. Page Six reported that Ashley Olsen, 21, and Lance Armstrong, 36, arrived together with a group of friends, Monday night at the hotel.

Ashley looked like she was just nut about him, kissing him and sitting in his lap, while drinking red wine.

They made out all night until they left together at 2 am.
