Anna Nicole Smith's 17-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, has officially been named the sole heir to her late mother's estate. A petition filed by Howard K. Stern was approved yesterday by a Los Angeles judge. "We and Mr. Stern always believed that Anna Nicole never intended to disinherit her daughter," say Howard's lawyer, Bruce S. Ross. "I'm pleased to say this chapter in the saga is closed." The judge's ruling also establishes a trust on Dannielynn's behalf with her father, Larry Birkhead, and Howard Stern as its co-trustees.
