Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

-MLK was an amazing dancer

- His nickname was "M.L."

- His ''I Have a dream'' speech was voted the best speech of the 20th century.

- He could shoot a basketball accurately with both hands

-When he was little his best friend was white.

-He went to college when he was only 15 years old.

- His was originally Michael, but changed it to Martin.

- He received over 21 college honorary degrees from numerous colleges in the U.S. and other countries.

-Won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964 at age 35, making him the youngest man to receive that honor.

-MLK Day is the only public holiday in the U.S. honoring a single individual.
