No Charges for Smiley Shia

Shia was picked up by the police at a Chicago Walgreens after many demands to leave, which he refused because he was so drunk and Walgreeens is such a fun place to just hang. They've got it all, drugs alcohol, make-up, food, I'm surprised Britney doesn't spend more time there.

TMZ reported: Shia showed up in court this morning to receive the good news -- Walgreens does not want to pursue charges against him. Attorney for Shia tells TMZ the actor is "happy to put this behind him and get back to work .”
