NME reported that Amy Winehouse made good on a performance last night, even thanking the crowd and apologizing for the being late. She played Barrowlands in Glasgow last night, Nov. 16.
She still had Blake on her mind, but didn't completely lose it! She said to the crowd, before the closing, playing "Valerie", "I might not be able to be with my Blake in a minute, but let me tell you something, my husband is the best man in the world."
Winehouse ended her set by paying tribute to the crowd: "Thank you so much for having us. I mean it, and I'm sorry I was late."
Good girl Amy! That's the way to do it; be humble and hang in there.
