A New York cab driver slit the throat of a poor helpless bunny and left it to die on the doorstep of his former employer.

Gerard Skills is being held on $10,000 bail in Westchester County, after his arraignment Thursday on aggravated animal cruelty and harassment charges. He also faces criminal mischief charges related to a series of tire slashings.

Westchester Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Police Chief Kenneth Ross says the 57-year-old Skills left the bleeding rabbit May 2 to retaliate against the Mount Pleasant taxi service that fired him.

Katie Holmes actually ran 26.2 miles and went back to Tom!

On Sunday Katie ran the New York marathon and finished in 34,195th place, making her time 5:29:58.

Her parents, Tom and Suri were there to cheer her on and followed up the race with a party at Tavern on the Green, later that evening.

Tom was so worried that Katie may keep on running and never return, that he forgot to wind-up Suri. It looks like her clock stopped ticking miles ago!

Brad and Angelina were spotted over the weekend in New York
for the opening night of the off-Broadway show Jump at the Union Square Theatre.
It was also nice to see a celeb friend like Kenny G hanging with the family. Hey Kenny, love the new artsy gray look!
